I first met Terry Gavan when I moved to Warwick, 25 years ago, with my husband Michael. This was a big move for me, since I had only lived in NYC, up until that point. Whereas Michael had lived in Warwick before. Michael said "I know exactly who we should use, Terry Gavan!" He said "I know Terry a long time and she will do a good job finding us a place." And that she did! Terry heard our checklist of wants and found us a couple of homes to look at. She really listened, because the second place we looked at was perfect for us.
